How incidents work
You get a named contact. If TLS fails, DNS drifts, or a deploy misbehaves, we do not hide behind a ticket portal. We host so the team that built the site is the team that keeps it up.
AI on the operations side
We may use models to summarise logs or draft a first look at an alert. A person still decides what to change on the server. We do not auto-remediate production because a chatbot was confident.
Hosting usually follows Web Development and ApexCMS. If you already have a site and only need a responsible host, say so on the contact form.
